My own story:
6 years ago I was sinking. I was chronically sick and tired. My hair was falling out, I had cold hands, joint issues, digestive issues, aging issues, and was overweight. My daughter was sick monthly and had joint and teeth issues. Thank goodness I went to Bauman College, it saved me from getting in a worse health situation. I learned how the body depends on the food we eat for health! I also learned what macro-nutrients are, what vitamins do in our body and which foods have the highest concentrations of those essential nutrients. That's when I left the dogma of diets that don't promote long term health. I had been a vegetarian for 10 years and my daughter and I were not thriving. Low fat - goodbye!
I have since recovered my vitality and have reversed the premature aged look I was developing. I have no cold hands, no depression, no blood sugar dips, and no PMS any longer. I know power of real foods and targeted supplements! I am hardly ever sick and neither is my daughter. My daughter, Shami, is strong & lean, creative, smart and engaging. Our bodies can repair themselves!
What a joy! I eat wonderfully satisfying food. (check below, I list what we eat) I am nourished and committed to eat the best for my health and committed to providing my family with an optimal diet.
I look forward to sharing with you the same benefits I received from my education and my passion for really great food. Marlese
